Refund Policy

1. No Refunds for Completed Work

We dedicate time and expertise to each project, ensuring high-quality results. Therefore, refunds will not be issued for any completed work or services already rendered.

2. Deposits & Upfront Payments

  • For custom projects, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins.

  • If a client cancels after work has started, the deposit will not be refunded.

  • If a client has made full payment but cancels before work starts, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests may be considered only in the following cases:
✅ Service not delivered – If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon service without justification.
✅ Duplicate payment – If you were charged twice for the same service, we will refund the duplicate amount.
✅ Cancellation before work starts – If you cancel before we begin, we may offer a partial refund (minus administrative fees).

 

All refund requests must be made in writing to refunds@thisistwelve.com within 24h of purchase.

4. No Refunds for:

  • ❌ Change of mind – If you decide you no longer want the service.
    ❌ Delays caused by client – If a project is delayed due to late responses or missing information.
    ❌ Design preferences – If you dislike the final design but revisions were offered.
    ❌ Failure to use the service – If you do not use the service after purchase.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Attempting to reverse a payment (chargeback) without a valid reason violates this policy. If you have any concerns, we encourage you to contact us first at [your contact email] so we can find a resolution.
